I'm not quite sure what to think either.
To be honest... it's not that soft, or thick. Does anyone else have a Flokati rug? Are they all like this? In pictures they look so billowy and full, mine feels more like a matted dog.
Is there a trick that I missed out on? Are you supposed to brush the rug or something!?
I'm kinda bummed! And considering returning it....

oh no!! You were so excited for it to come!! That's a bummer when it's not what you expected...maybe call customer service and ask them? Maybe they will let you return it for free or give you a discount since you are unhappy? I'm sorry, girl!!!

I still think it looks good! If you wanted it to be really fluffy and thick and ti's not what you wanted I would just return it.
I still think it looks good, but seriously.. when in doubt, get it out. (that's what my friend says about decorating, clothes, etc). haha.:) No fun being disappointed. Boo. :( You living room, however, is absolutely adorable!
:( I hate it when something totally doesn't pan out. Honestly it doesn't look like the other pictures, I wonder if there is something you're supposed to do to make it fuller? It does look good, I think, but if you're feeling bummed then maybe you should find something that makes you happier. Sorry chica.

i think it looks really good.. but I agree with the other comments if you don't like it, I would return it. It's always such a disappointment to get something you were excited for and it not be how you thought it would be... sorry!

The rug doesn't look like the pictures... but I still think it looks cute. However, if it feels like matted dog... lol. :) I say unless there's a magic brush you can get that will make it amazing again, you should return it. You don't want to keep it if you don't love it!
I understand your frustrations, especially since I know how excited you were to receive this. But I have to say - it looks really good in the photos you posted!

Hi I actually sell flokati rugs, the way that you received it it is just flat and crushed from shipping and packaging. It is suggested that you brush it with a large vent brush (a wide set hair brush) in the direction of the pile. This will make it look like in the images, you will get "extra fur" in the brush but this is normal. Hope this helps!!
