I snuck off to Vegas for a long weekend following my birthday. One of my besties from high school, Jenn, moved out there after a brief stint in Salt Lake and after my (nearly) yearly visitations to SLC, I just had to follow her to sin city!
We kicked off our whirlwind of a weekend with a quick bite at Cabo Wabo,
then I got the pre-req tour of the main strip. The fountains at Bellagio, the roller coaster at New York, New York and the hot air balloon at Paris
I was personally smitten with the 4-story M&M store!
We stumbled upon a few donkeys and plumped them up with apples and carrots, then plumped ourselves up with frozen yogurt and every topping you could imagine.
(Why yes, that is indeed brownies, cherries, chocolate chips, Reese's Pieces, and a chunk of mango!)
I picked up a new addiction whilst under the Nevadan sun too.... roulette.
Slots just aren't my thing, but that wheel... oooh that spinning marble on the wheel. We get along REAL well!
It was one heck of a busy weekend, but I can't wait to go back. In fact, I may already be checking air fare!
Oh and hey if you need a good laugh, and wanna hear how I was almost stranded in Nevada.... ask me about the 45 minute rule.

Do tell about the 45 minute rule!
You discovered the BEST casino game, EVER! That's all I played the 2 times we went out there, and each time I was SUPER lucky at it as well :)
Hope you had a good dinner with Aly tonight!
