Do you Kaboodle?

I discovered Kaboodle a few years ago. (It's Kaboodle with a 'K', not to be confused with Caboodle, the plastic cases we wielded as children full of Barbie makeup and friendship bracelets!)

Aside from being incredibly fun to say, it's also a super useful site for internet-shopping-basket-filler-uppers-but-never-click-purchasers such as myself. I may be alone, but half the time I add something to a shopping cart just because I like it, even though I can't/don't want to/shouldn't purchase it right then. That's all fine and dandy except then you have to create a log-in for that particular site and remember your password in 2 weeks when you've found enough quarters in the laundry to click BUY. And, well friends, I'm just not that dedicated/organized.

That's where Kaboodle comes in, you simply sign-up for an account there and then add the "Add To Kaboodle" button to your web browser favorites.
(Don't worry, they give you really simple instructions and it's super easy to get all set-up!)

Then when you're on Steve Madden's site and see shoes that you NEED for a wedding next month, just click your "Add to Kaboodle" button.
I'm sure in no time you will have multiple pages of goodies like I do!
You can create multiple lists (I even "Add to Kaboodle" certain sites I like, if I want to remember a specific travel site or something for example) and check out what everyone else is Kaboodling too. I am not getting reimbursed or anything, I just love this site and thought I would share it with you all!

As an added bonus, it has an extra space when you are "adding" something where you can insert what size/color you want, update the description and price! It ends up looking like this

PS I use this for birthday and Christmas lists every year - you can send out a link in an email and it makes shopping incredibly easy for your loved ones, plus you will get what you want instead of another ugly sweater!
I imagine it would work really well as a shower/wedding registry also, it has a place where you can insert a number requested, and I think how many have been purchased.

I've never heard of this. I am going to have to check it out. Now, I did have a Caboodle when I was younger. It was pink and filled with everything Barbie and ponytail holders. My obsession for ponytail holders hasn't gone away, but it would be weird to still play with Barbies. :)

I was in love with kaboodle for like three months, then I realized it distracted me from doing any work, and had to quit cold turkey ;)

So glad you love our site! :) You did a FABULOUS job describing it! We're super addicted to Kaboodle too, and love using it for birthday lists, wedding lists, baby lists-- heck, everything you can imagine. (I even have a list for mustache themed products!)

On Kaboodle we also have the option to do polls (which I think are super fabulous if you're debating on black or blue shoes and want the help from your Kaboodle friends!), create posts, and all sorts of other fun stuff.

So glad you found us, and that you love the site! Please let us know if there's anything else you'd like to see added, or if you have any other suggestions!
