Wow, thank you for all the kind words that came pouring into my inbox yesterday!! You really know how to make a girl feel loved! And I think all your positive thoughts helped Scott out too!
I just wanted to give a quick update... in a surprising turn of events, Scott was released from the hospital yesterday. Apparently once they ruled surgery was not necessary they were just trying to calm the pain, and his tests yesterday morning showed that his enzyme levels in his pancreas were subsiding so there was no longer a need for him to be constantly monitored.
Although he is still battling the pain and other side effects of the pancreatitis, he is elated to be out of the confines of those hospital walls after 3 days of tubes and tests.
Oh yay! Good to hear! Did he also realize how dumb he was to break up with you?? Too harsh? Maybe. But I am just sayin'.
